Terms of Employment

Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen aims to offer a compensation package which as a minimum matches the ones offered by other leading law firms in Denmark.
We offer a fixed salary to our Junior Associates and Senior Associates up to and including 3 years as an attorney.

We have developed a bonus scheme for groups of employees who do not receive overtime premiums which honours extraordinary efforts. We aim at ensuring that common interests prevail between our business development and results and the compensation of individuals.
At Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen there are no "own case arrangements" due to the fact that we do not believe in the term "own case" as a sustainable basis for a business which delivers specialized and integrated legal services.
